Making art is a way to express and interpret world. Her brushes and oil paints are the mediums she uses more often to create images, imaginary worlds. Through Soulachaki’s eyes world and thoughts are colorful, most likely because colors invoke emotions and also make memories.

Paintings represent transitions of thoughts and images while at the same time it is a transitioning to its next focus. Images are blending reality through portraits, spaces and imagination. Symbolism plays main role for creation.

 

Most of Olga’s artwork derives from dreams and subconscious mind. She has always been fascinated from the power of dreams. The paintings she makes seek to explore thoughts and desires that sit below the surface of attention and focus.
